How about you give people what they want. 100% of the people PAYING pay for 1 reason, and that is to have fun. Yet the update in no way makes the game fun.
I'm starting to think the summer of '09 when waiting for Mod9 Soon(TM) was happier times than now...

Well, we're getting guild airships. That's pretty cool.
On the other hand, more low level content and epic **** instead of real high level content. A ridiculous nerf made to sell +5 heart of woods. Monk longswords.

OP, please define fun in terms that a developer can work with. Also keep in mind that what one person considers fun, another might abhore. Think back to SunFlasks, some players thought it was "fun" to harrass other players in the game with them, while those who were being harrassed most certainly did not consider that to be fun. Right now we are in the pre-moaning stage regarding these changes, so for alot of people who havent been able to test one thing about it as of yet, its all gloom and doom.
