The quest dialogue box option isn't opening the DDO Store on the page where I would get it from, and I can't find it by searching the DDO Store.

Has it been included yet? How many TP would it cost to buy a bottle, or is a zero cost, 1-purchase-only item to essentially get a free cake gratis (or whatever the word is) to begin your adventuring career?
