Epic Item Retroactives

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this but I will continue.

I did the retroactive upgrade on my epic staff of inner sight. The upgrade that was done on it via the colorless slot was removed during the process. Apart from that it was fine.

I also did the same retroactive upgrade on a epic staff of arcane power. This had no upgrades in the augment slots.
That was the last I ever saw of it. I has vanished from my Inventory. Not a trace.

Gimme it back please.

check to make sure you didnt get an item called essence of whatever or something of the item.

Nothing remains. I have bug reported this.

And ofc I'm aware its a test server and don't really care if I get it back but I wanted to know what the spell augment thing was.

The thing I was more dissapointed by was the slot augments being cleaned during the retroactive upgrade on my other staff. As i have several items with upgrades (maybe around 120 tokens worth) on that character alone it will be extremely expensive to refit them all.
