Update 5 epic item changes

This seems appropriate for this thread, so reposting it here:

• Green Blade: Upgrade Lesser Potency IX to Potency IX.
• Staff of Arcane Power: Upgrade Recharge to 10/day. Add Archmagi. Add Arcane Augmentation IX. Add Colorless Augment Slot. Add Exclusive.
• Staff of Inner Sight: Upgrade +1 Spell Focus Mastery to +2 Spell Focus Mastery.

The following Epic items have been modified. Existing versions have been retroactively changed, there is no additional benefit to running them through the Altar of Epic Rituals with dungeon tokens:

• Ring of Spell Storing: SP heal reduced to ""Greater Mnemonic"" (55 - 300 sp).

I'm most excited about the Staff of Inner Sight change. Int +7 with +2 DC to all schools makes it one of the best end game gear for wiz. The Staff of the Petitioner is still slightly better for the -10% spell cost, but the two are close.

and there is a really bad nerf to all of us. I've copied my caster to the test server and confirmed it.

- Casters rejoice as melees get all the nerfed?!? WRONG! Bauble NERFED! Now only grants greater mnemonic instead of major. Less SP for everyone!
