I have had a VIP account for a couple months now and I have yet to get my 500 points for each of those months.
Am I just screwed on those of old? Can i get them back? How do I get this fixxed?

If you contact the Account Management department, they can look into this for you.

not getting points
Hi I've contacted customer service about this three times now, the first was a couple of weeks ago, haven't heard a word and still have no points.
