Stuck on creating/validating

Out of the blue today, the client started directing me to the download manager, where it is Creating/Validating the game. It began going at a snail's pace, and is now stuck. Anyone else getting this? If i close out and click the client, it goes right back to the TDM, which is stuck

And now it randomly closed out of the TDM with an unhandled exception error. Now if i click the ddo client icon, nothing even happens.
