Its a solid build. very similiar to my drow fvs. Only thing I see that I would change would be to drop luck of heroes for something good. its not worth it for the +1 to all saves. Your missing toughness, which youll definately want.

Id also go first lvl monk, then FVS till 13/14 for heal and or blade barrier, then the 2nd monk level, but thats a personal choice. Also pickup and try the vulkoor scorpion till around that 13/14 time when youll have blade barrier, it will help out soloing abit.

Looks like you're going for a high-WIS caster-focused build, but I'm not sold on that being a good idea for a TWF monk-splashed FvS. Just seems like you're spreading yourself too thin. I would either dump-stat WIS to focus on melee; or go pure FvS for a true caster build.

Finessed-based builds usually aren't worth it for non-rogues: costs you a feat and lowers your overall DPS. You can still do it, but it's more of a flavor thing, IMHO; and you should still shoot for Power Attack (STR 13+). Low STR + no PA = lousy DPS.

CON 10 and no Toughness? That seems...unwise. I would definitely drop LoH for Toughness and would probably bump up CON at least 2 pts. I didn't notice Imp Crit Pierce either; I would definitely pick that up.

sorry for negative comment, but this build will NOT do melee damage, whether that fact breaks the build or not is discussable

you are still fine, alltho id consider swpaping empower for empower healing and impolsion for mass heal, significently improves your healing capabilities

I'm going High wisdom so that my blade barrier and other spell will do real good damage as well to get the AC bonus from onk as high as possible. As for TWF i'm not looking for DPS I just find that it's less boring to be able to at less to a bit of damage.

Imp Crit Pierce ( why should I take Pierce over Slashing?)

    Thanks
    F

I had made some correction for the LoH had been change for toughness

No that I know and that aint the purpose of that build, I want to be able to do decend damage whit spell like blade barrier and kite monster in it.

But at least be able to do a bit of damage in TWF when needed.

    Regard,
    F

You should go pierce if you are going to mainly use rapiers and short swords like you said in your original post. Slashing is for Kama's but they kinda suck. You could also do Blunt if you want to use wraps. Obviously you should choose whichever you will be using the most.

Why bother spending so many feats on TWF only to end up doing weak DPS?

My first life as a completionist was a improved two weapon fighting 18/2 fs/monk. He blade barriered and vorp kamaed as a rule. I've just roled and leveled a 18 pure fs on the way to 20 and don't miss the vorps and only occationally miss the modest evasion.

The ac has also not been missed. I feated all caster feats and just bb and occationally use impossion. I'm dissapointed with implossion, but will like the expanded spell selection at the upper levels.

I could not fit comet fall nor implosion in on my first build.
Varr's all over. Cannith Varr getting the love currently.

You will want heal and BB as soon as possible so I would wait one more lvl before taking the second monk level.

you'll definately want to go short swords, possibly rapier in main hand. the melee dmg isn't great, but youll have a good to-hit, and consistantly do dmg. with the drow and fvs enhancments you'll get +2 to ab, +6dmg. Y

ou may want to consider not going with itwf/gtwf now with the current patch that will nerf twf. I personally dont have it in favor of more caster oriented stuff, as its there for me as the backup and additional free dps, when i dont feel like using sp.
