    Default Need a halfing wizard build

    I'm looking for a halflling wizard build. 32 point. I don't own WF so thought a halfling would be good for dragonmark healing. So yes, it needs to have dragonmarks fit it. Thanks in advance. Also any spell advice and AP lines would be nice. Haven't really played a caster so not sure about those.
