Stacking of DC feats/ items

How do they work? Does the napkin stack with the staff of petitioner? Does that stack with normal SF: necro? Does it stack with greater SF: Necro? Do conju bracers/ napkin/ cleric PL stack? Thanks for the help.

Does the napkin stack with the staff of petitioner?

No. As for multiple items with Spell Focus effects, only the highest bonus applies; for instance, wearing both Staff of Petitioner and Napkin, you would get
+ 2 DC to Enchantment and Necromancy Schools, from the Staff;
+ 1 DC to all other Schools, from the Napkin.

Yep, you got it right. Don't forget there are two spell focus feats you could take if you really want to specialize.

Spell Focus Necromancy= +1
Greater Spell Focus Necromancy= +1
Death's Touch or Staff w/ Grt Necro Focus= +2

+4 above your normal DC

Getting your Necro DC above 35 is a nice goal. 40 is even nicer.
