I had a few questions with this enhancement.

I know it does 1d4 force damage but I can seem to find online what it costs to active and the cool down on it.

Cost : 1 enhancement point and then 5 Ki to use ( just look at the enhancement section in game or in compendium for the infor )

Cooldown: Same as the rest, 3 secondsish.
