Premium to free downgrade problem returned?

As usual after server problems I seem to have had my account reverted from premium to free once again. I thought this problem had been identified and fixed after the last two occurrences!

I'm also having this problem.... I've spent a good chunk of change in the Store over the last month, and now I'm getting an error about how I have too many characters and not enough slots (2/4).

Same problem for me as well (again) this is starting to get real Old real fast

just happen to me, this is the first time, and i have purchased all races & classes and some character slots via DDO store, but now it says "free account" and its asking me to choose wich chars i want to unlock :S

how do you correct this problem?

Just noticed this message posted up though:

tried to relog atleast 10 times. still showing as a free accout

I have this problem to for the past few days. I saw a announcement about it so I thought it will just get fixed soon but it's still not fixed.

I also cleaned out old characters that I don't play anymore so that there is just my main and today when I tried to make a new character it has "Unknown!" underneath the name and I can't enter the game with it.

Not sure if there is a newer post or something if someone can help me..
