When I first downloaded DDO, I didn't get any folder saved to my files. I searched under DDO, Turbine, Pando, and Dungeons, in hopes one would show up. I don't have an icon for my desktop either. If I shut down DDO, I have to install it again in order to play again.

I tried removing the game, and reinstalling, but still had the same issue. I don't know what to do.
