A few people asked what I would sell a pair of spectrals for as I have pulled several and do not play melee toons. I said that a scale + stone seemed right from what I had sold them for in the past. Said people implied that that was waaay to much. So what are they worth?

a month ago scale + stone is about right. (its still a lot but its what they are worth imo)
