When it says +2 spell pen and dc of wands does that mean the +2 spell pen is only on wands or all spells?

It will grant +2 Spell Penetration for:

• Any spell you cast from SP.
• Any spell-like ability you use.
• Any clickable you use that requires a spell penetration check.

It will grant +2 DC for:

• Wands.

I forget off the top of my head if the +2 Spell Penetration included scrolls.
