VIP Account issues

Hello, I'm having two issues with my account.

*First issue, my character "Elbon" is listed as archived according to my DDO page. He is an active character and I just got him to lvl7 and applied the +2 sup tomes I purchased from the DDO store.

*The 2nd issue, my character "Lisanth" is showing in my DDO page as a lvl5 fighter. He is a lvl7 fighter that I have also applied +2 sup tomes I purchased from the DDO store. Big concern here is of course that the glitch could push out to the game server on which he is current and correct. If that happens my +2 sup tome goes up in smoke. That would not make for a happy VIP that has already spent a ton of money in the DDO store...

It is confusing as Lisanth was brought up to lvl7 some time ago, long before Elbon and Galebbrock which show up fine as lvl7. Also confusing is that Elbon is coming up archived here when he has been played more recently than Cawstick (my Sor/FS) and Cawstick is just fine... ??? Help please...

Forgot to add: I had an idea that if I completed a quest or two with Lisanth that my DDO page might auto update and all would be well. While his quest completions did update, his lvl information did not Maybe it will update next server update/patch?? Hmmm...
