If you have to ask that question, and your join date is Apr 2010, you are in no position to help anyone else out much at the moment. Play for a little longer, on a couple different servers, get the hang of things, then go for it.

I am trying to be helpful, apparently it just didn't come out that way :\

I understand that you have a past with DnD. DnD is not DDO, there are many things different. If you still feel you can help people out, go for it.

I'm a newb to DDO. Not new to DnD or ADnD. I just found out last night items have durability and breaks. Lesson learned. Losing armor and weapon in middle of a quest is not a good thing. If you like to help out, I'm on Cannith server and I gold for repairs

I do believe you just demonstrated JustWin's point.

DnD's mechanics are very very different than that of DDO.

This is a themed game, not based. I mean look at what they are doing to the dice, among other things.

You know, I recently made an alt specifically to stay in Korthos snowy side and help out the new people when the mood strikes me.

Kudos for wanting to welcome people to the game.
