Proxy Authentication

Hello,

I couldn't install the game using Pando (wasn't saving changes in Advanced Connection Settings).
I copied the DDO install and config directories from my home PC to this one.

I'm trying to make the game work through a proxy that requires authentication.
In the userpreferences.ini file, under [HttpProxy] I have :

HttpProxyAccess=PreConfig
HttpProxy=proxy.xxx.xxx:xxxx
HttpProxyAuthenticate=True
HttpProxyUsername=xxxxxxx
HttpProxyPassword=xxxxxxx
HttpProxyBypass=No

With the right proxy URL, port, username and password, it still says "HTTP status 407 Proxy Authentication required" right after "Opening Main Form" when I execute dndlauncher.exe.
The log shows that the launcher reads the correct information from the config file.

Thanks for the reply.

I didn't find that post when I searched the forums.

Internet Explorer can connect to the Internet and do his job.
The only thing I'm missing is adding the URLs to the exception list for the proxy.
It seems a little bit weird since the proxy is supposed to control everything, but I'll give it a try on Monsday or Tuesday and get back to you
