    Default Game Card

    Ok I have been using game card "codes" to pay my VIP status. I missed my last renew by a couple of days and the option to add code disappeared. I have filed two ticket now with out even the normal we have received your ticket email acknowledging that they are aware of my problem. I went through Account Management link on the support site this is where I was supposed to send it right?

    Our ticket system doesn't send email confirmations. It displays a confirmation page if the inquiry is submitted successfully. If you didn't include the GTC code in the emails you already sent, you might want to submit another one with that included. Otherwise they'll respond as soon as they can. Current turn around for Account Management emails is within 3-5 days.
