Hrm...I might have been assuming something that isn't true since I don't have any sneak damage yet...

Do stunned/held mobs give sneak attack damage or not?

Yeah, as far as I know it's like this (and someone will correct me if I miss something I'm sure ):

    - auto-crits = target must be incapacitated, which includes held/stunned and having ability scores reduced to 0. Monk options here including stunning fist, stunning blow, weighted handwraps, or stat-damaging weaponry to reduce an enemy to 0 in an ability (such as str or con).

    - sneak attack damage = target must be unaware of your existance or focusing on someone else (i.e. not aggro on you), or be blinded (via spell, radiance weaponry, or deception weaponry), or by the Unbalancing Strike monk special attack.

    Paralyze does NOT produce auto-crits.

Now I'm going to have to send my backstabbers gloves to my monk and test this out.

Darn you VoD! Give me my goggles!

I can definitely confirm this part. Although I think I've heard something about the water/dark/water finisher's paralysis giving auto-crits. But definitely not from paralyzing weapons.

Hmm, not ingame to verify this, but I'll take your word for it as you're adamant about it
Something about paralyzing weapons springs to mind, however, but I can't recall what the benefit is now that I'm second-guessing myself.

Will edit above post in a sec.
