    worth 15k at best... its a Bastard Sword and thus not worth much (wish this weren't so, cuz I got a bank full of top-notch b-swords )

    Hold on to them, it seems there are a few improvements inline for bastard swords and Dwarven axes. Can't find the thread atm but if you keep looking it's there somewhere, soooooooo.........

    well, some char with really high to hit could use it without proficiency against Velah, since she doesnt seems to have a really high AC anyway...

    yeah I just read that... funnily enough, these swords are on my bc so I'm not sure if the glancing blow benefit will really materialize on this build.

    but then again... if you search the ah you'll see a lot of burst of dragon bane out there.. if you really want a more versatile weapon make a Trip Pos or Trip Water...

    Those improvements apply only for S&B, and you won't be S&B while hitting Velah.
