Had just finished a quest and logged to change toons to hit an LFM. Got the red X at the server choice screen. Can we just not log on, or did everyone on get kicked off?

Well, yesterday they were having some serious lag spikes, hopefully they are fixing that.

The server itself is up, it's the logging in that seems to be the issue.

Thelanis Down
When I logged in to DDO this afternoon, there was a message that Thelanis would be down for a re-boot between 11 AM and 1 PM EDT.
Hope this fixes the issues with lag, etc.

I saw that message when I first logged in as well. However, that was ninety minutes ago, and after 1pm eastern. Seems the downtime made it worse. Originally Posted by BearLakeBoy

We're monitoring Thelanis very closely, and at this time we don't believe bringing it down again will be necessary. Thanks for your patience with this everyone.

Can you also look into the ongoing server issues with Thelanis?
Almost everyday at 7 am EST: Lag so bad that mail, bank, AH etc unusable. Can't log out due to lag, you have to quit or crash the client.
Any raid, anytime: Lag bad enough to freeze everyone in the party on a periodic basis.
Anytime someone's going to DC (which may not be server specific): No mass spells work on party (i.e. haste, mass heals) if 1 person DCing in group. Leads to 3/4 of a raid party getting killed on a regular basis.Thanks for the long time forum user purge of Aug '10 (Sarcasm for those who don't get it)
