Disconnect/reconnect problem

This problem happened to me yesterday, lingered for a while but then today I could play again. The problem being: I was in an instance with my friend, we finished it and started recalling. We both hit the load screen, he gets through but im stuck on the never-moving bar and then DDO crashes due to timeout. After that I try to go back into the game and I get the 20 attempts to search for a logon server stuff. Anyone have any idea what I can do to fix this? I know there are several threads about the logon server thing but with me it only happens when I exit an instance....

Update:

I made a new character on a different server, played through a dungeon, all fine, played through a second dungeon, got to the end, started recalling, got stuck on the loading page and then getting stuck on the logon server **** again. Any ideas? Please.
