    Default Drow Tempest Ranger18/Fighter 2

    I'm trying to build a drow tempest specialized in Rapiers, i think it's pretty funny; so i decided to try it. I need some advices or tips about this build.

    I would drop Power Critical. 99 times out of 100 if you can hit your target you will confirm, it is a useless feat.

    Your strength should be high enough to hit just fine without the Oversized feat so I would drop that.

    Put Toughness in place of Oversized and I would replace Power Crit with either Extend or improved Crit: Ranged depending on your playstyle.

    I'd also recommend dropping Wis to 8 and raising either Con (if it gets you to 14) or Dex for archery to hit (again a playstyle choice).

    Lastly don't end a skill at level 20 with a .5 it is a waste of points.

    1) Oversized TWF is a prerequisite for tempest III
    2) Dropping wis to 8 is a horrible idea, as his will save would be god awful.

    OP, starting stats would look better like

    STR 16
    DEX 14
    CON 14
    INT 10
    WIS 12
    CHA 10
    Khyber
    Swez Sowan
    Sowen Sown Sowyn

    Good point on the OSTWF. That is one of the preqs of temp 3 mea culpa. On point 2 I think think you are mistaken however. First 8-12 is 2 whole points to will save. At end game 2 points aren't that big a deal. The only ranger builds that insist a higher Wisdom are the (original) exploiter type builds that mix in monk for the AC benefits. Without mixing in a monk level or some greensteel, meaningful will saves are super hard to acheive. In the end it is an individual choice however. I will freely concede that neither will gimp your build.
