Here is a little build I put together based on halfling dragonmarks.
It has good saves, evasion, a lot of boosted marks, decent AC, decent DPS including quivering palm / wind stance 2 and high conc skill to use it, and is very fun to play.
15 Monk for quivering palm/ac bonus plus the majority of all the other monkish goodies, 4 paladin for 20% healing boost/empower healing, 1 wiz for max/empower

Quick Edit - Just to explain why combat expertise was not taken. When using CE, and cast a dragonmark, it drops CE. So in this case I took the full twf tree and PA instead.
