Default Hmm..can't login to my old account?

This is a multi-part question. I have an account that was made during the head start campaign when the game was first released. It had Founder status, etc. Well first of all I tried logging in with every password I use and I can't seem to get into it. I requested the password be sent to my email, but apparently I don't use the same email anymore since it didn't go to my current one, and I'm not sure which email I had on the account when I registered it. So I'm unable to log in to it. Secondly when I do a forum search for the account..it no longer says Founder for title, but now says Community Member.

My question is..is there any way possible of getting access to the old account, and also why is it now a Community Member when it used to be Founder?

The Account Management department can assist with your old account information (contact info in my signature). They will need to verify details, so have any documentation you might need handy if you call. If you email, include as much detail as you can remember (character/server, login name, email, last 4 of the credit card and card holder name, address) and please note that they will want to speak with the card holder on file.

Your forum account name is often not the same as your game name. If you have questions about your forum login, please contact the Forum department. I recommend emailing by using the link in my signature.

My only issue is it's been a few years so I have no idea what CC info would be because it was definitely an old card that's no longer used, lol..

You may want to contact the Account Management Department anyway with what information you do have and they will still be happy to try and help.
