    Default Drow Rogue?

Been playing for a decent time, and just acquired the drow through favor. Not much on making my own builds as of yet, so I've been browsing for a 28 pt. Rogue Drow builds really, not sure on secondary so I'm open to all ideas if possible. Basic really, good dps and able to open most locks and cancel most traps in the beginning, not sure about end game since I haven't made it passed level 9,lol.

    Drow rogues are decent enough.
Go with Weapon Finesse and use Rapiers/Shortsword for the racial bonuses.

Don't dump stat strength or constitution if you can help it.

My rogue does just fine with these stats:

    Str 16
    Dex 18
    Con 10
    Int 16
    Wis 8
    Cha 8

As you can see I practically dumped Constitution. It was my first rogue though, I'd have probably dropped strength or dex to get it to 14. Up to you though, but people typically don't like anything under 14 from what I keep hearing.

With those stats I only ever had trouble with traps on Dreams of Insanity on Elite, waaay back when I was on my first week in DDO. Buying items and enhancements fixed that up for me well enough, as well as Rogue Skill Boost. So you shouldn't have any trouble.

I'll also add that she isn't a Drow, so I could modify those stats a bit...

    Str 16
    Dex 18
    Con 10
    Int 18
    Wis 8
    Cha 10

So you'll do even better than me. Or you could put the extra points you'll have in intelligence into constitution, or, as I said, drop points from strength and/or dexterity into constitution.

Haven't actively played a rogue in a while, though, so it's all speculation.

I can tell you from personal experience playing as a Drow Rogue (albeit with wizard levels to self buff)... 10 CON is too low. You'll be level 8 with around 90hp, one crit hit and you're half dead. I ended up compensating at level 9 with Toughness Feat and Racial Toughness I & II for another 30hp. I'm still shopping for Improved false life item to bump it up another 20. Even with all this, I still find my backside being handed to me often enough to hesitate moving into melee.

Which isn't what you want to do as a rogue necessarily.

Were I going with a drow rogue it would be a TWF, rapier build.
level 4 stat point in to dex to qualify for improved/greater two weapon fighting , rest of the level up points go in to str.

I got a tome before level 9, so I could put all level ups in strength. I started from scratch and got enough money by that time to buy it on the ah.
And I went assasin, and took 16 int and wis 8 for the assasinate attack.

However, if you can't hit your target you can't deal damage. If you take weapon finesse... it might not be worth it to put all your level up stat bumps into STR, since your DEX can be higher. Not saying its wrong, but that there are other things to consider.

I'd rather hit more often then deal 2 more damage.
