Hi, I have a very old Stormreach account. I went to myaccount.turbine.com and logged in there. Dungeons and Dragons Online Premium is under my subscriptions. But it reads:
"Your subscription has been suspended due to non-payment. Please re-enter your billing information or apply a Game Card now to reactivate your subscription(s)."
Now I have some questions. How do I transfer the account to the new system? Will my characters be transfered as well? Am I going to benefit from one month VIP access? In order to log in should I just download and install the updated game and log in with the same username/password I used for myaccount.turbine.com?
I think I might not be the first one with these questions perhaps it should be a good idea to have a sticky FAQ for old players wanting to come back.
