    Default Help reactivating Stormreach account

    Hi, I have a very old Stormreach account. I went to myaccount.turbine.com and logged in there. Dungeons and Dragons Online Premium is under my subscriptions. But it reads:

    "Your subscription has been suspended due to non-payment. Please re-enter your billing information or apply a Game Card now to reactivate your subscription(s)."

    Now I have some questions. How do I transfer the account to the new system? Will my characters be transfered as well? Am I going to benefit from one month VIP access? In order to log in should I just download and install the updated game and log in with the same username/password I used for myaccount.turbine.com?

    I think I might not be the first one with these questions perhaps it should be a good idea to have a sticky FAQ for old players wanting to come back.

    You are overcomplicating the matter.

    You Only need a Subscription for VIP. You can log into your account right now and pick your 4 characters and jump back into playing.

    ALl Character and account info is on TUrbines servers. Doesnt matter what computer the client is on.

    Or 2 characters depending on your favor level. But regardless, try what Impact suggested.

    If you really can't get access to your characters, come back here and post. Granted you'd have a much faster responce time to your issue calling customer service. Do you need their number?

    I think all X-Subscribers get 4. Only new Players that have never spent a dime with turbine are stuck at 2.

    If you're able to log into the Account Management page and see your old account, you can simply log into the game, as has already been said. All previous players who purchased the upgrade and/or paid for any subscription time should always be Premium, so you should have access to 4 characters slots. You can subscribe again, which will give you VIP access (basically, the same access you had previously when you paid a monthly subscription fee).

    Okay... just took this thread cuz i have a similar problem...

    Think my last Login was around 2007 or something

    Soooo... i downloaded the client, upgraded my account to vip with a 60 days time card and tried to enter the game... took Wayfinder as server.

    Well... i cannot create a character, even though my old characters are gone -.- had (as far as i can remember) bout 6 chars all maxed at this time...

    I cannot buy anything account related in the online store... -.-

    Any suggestions?

    EDIT: Okay... switched to the en client and now i can create a new char... but what is with my old chars? :/

    Our Account Support team can get your issue figured out. Get in touch with them through support.turbine.com, or call if you would prefer. None of your old characters have been deleted. It may be that you are not accessing your old account, however, but our Account Support team can get this issue resolved.

    Yes, we no longer support the FR and DE versions of the game client, so make sure to switch to the EN client if necessary.

    Your characters are tied to a specific server. If you didn't play on wayfinder before, which didn't exist back then, then they won't be on that server. If you don't remember what server you used to play on you'll need to log in to all of them and check. (account support may be able to just tell you but waiting for a response will likely take longer than just logging in to each server)

    Long time ago i played mostly on Dorn... But i'm not really sure, if it was on the old Codemasters Servers :/

    ewwww --- then you're out of luck, sorry.

    There was a deadline for character transfers to the US from the old Euro servers. It expired *years* ago.
