unable do download game

after i downloaded the game downloader i tried to start downloading the game in high-res.
at start it asked me for the terms of use, selected the instal dir and showd me that it started to download, only that the downloader simply froze and didnt responded.
after that i downloaded the download again on direct download (not using download programs) to the desktop and ran it. this time it only asked me to agree to the terms of use. after i agreed to them it froze and again didnt responded.
i tried to close all download manegers and even turned off my ani-virus and it still not downloadind (standart and high-res).
i really dont know what to do anymore and i really want to play this game again.

p.s i have windows 7 64 bit and ESET smart security as anti-virus if that helps...
