human or elf tempest

hey guys do any of yall have any advice on which race makes a better tempest.

what are the pros and cons about both

Human
Extra feat for Khopesh
2 stats boosted by +1
20-50 more HP (stats & enhancements)
Extra skill point
30% healing amp

Elf
Scimitar enhancements
Bow enhancements for the occasional ranging
+4 Dex if you are going the AC route

Both are good choices, the human will get slightly more HP from the lack of a hit to CON and will get an extra feat and more skill points. Elfs can take enhancements for Rapiers and Scimitars (longswords suck) that make up for the lack of a feat.

If building for AC the Elf can hit slightly higher, but if you're following the Exploiter "template" Human is probably the way to go for the extra skill points.
