You cannot TR until 20th level. I'd recommend playing the game to cap before making too many alternate characters. You'll thank yourself later. And no, I would not TR him. I'd get 1750 favor on him, and flag him for all the good exp quests, like shadow crypt, etc. Roll up a brand new toon, 32 point build, and get him to 20. :-)

How did you do 2k damage as level 8?

Also, TR is when you're level 20.

If you're talking about LR, the answer is no.

Do you mean you just opened Drow play status? Or are you just unhappy with your build and want to restart. If you answered yes to any of these questions then I would advise re-roll now with more game experience and spend the next 2 days getting to 8th level with a toon you prefer.
