Ok, as most of you know, I don't post on here very often, usually just to say hi or to make a smart remark to a friend. HOWEVER, I just have to say this......W T F happened to people wanting to run a quest and earn the xp and loot. I have never seen so much crying and screaming for EASY BUTTONS. i see posts about it every day on the forums, I hear it every night in raids. Just in past few days..have people drop shroud runs (ON NORMAL) because we are "9 maning" it or because "what only one healer?". I am all for helping noobs and inexperienced people run raids and quests, heck I am the red headed stepchild of my raiding channel....but come on...( and this really happened) A group of all lvl 19-20 runs hound on normal...the bard dies picking up stones because he decided to fight the flayer when there was a croud of melee right behind him....the tank went in without a fog click after 2 other tanks said they had the clicky.....the party wipes....."LAG AGAIN" was the excuse. Sorry folks..the LAG just isn't that bad...The quests just are not that hard. If everything was as easy as half the server proposes, heck might as well just give us every piece of loot we want upfront, start us at level 20 and let us run up and smack TIAMAT every night.

unfortunately when you give some people an inch they want a foot...personally I take the inch away from them if they are like this and give them a millimeter.

The game will never be like it was in the old days ughh.I came to this realization after i came back to the game after an extended break.We either roll with the punches or get the **** outta dodge.I still have fun in the game with the people i know and the interesting pug runs ive been in.When this stops ill probably take another break or maybe quit for good.

To be fair the easy only attitude has been around for a long time.

I remember back a couple years ago I joined a PUG for Stormcleave on my ranger. This was back in the days when no one wanted rangers in the party because they were considered so gimped. It was also back when the giant and all his undead buddies would aggro you at once. Anyway the party filled up to be 3 rangers a barb and two wizards. The barb says, no healer and three rangers I'm out. So we fill his spot with another wiz and finish quest with no deaths or problems.

Two nights ago I am in a group doing Deleras on hard with a pretty balanced party and one of the two fvs says we will never be able to do thrall on hard. Gripes the whole way through and guess what we wipe.

Point of my story is folks will always cry about it being to hard and quit or they will stay. If they quit and there are no problems they never know it went well but if you do wipe it is just positive renforcement to them that it was just to hard.

On an aside point those are the only two memorable times in close to three years of playing that I have been with people complaining that it's to hard.

I was gonna read all this but there was to many letters and words, it was too hard so i quit.
I am pretty sure LAG had a lot to do with it.
