It wasn't your group to decide how the raid was conducted.

It was your job to stay until the raid was over.

You didn't stay, and probably didn't announce that you were leaving and leaving early by a good margin.

The problem is that you didn't communicate why you were leaving.

If you were forming a raid and wanted to finish with little hassle, you wouldn't pick you for your raid either.
