Read a rumor that the SHL on a Greensteel is better than what one would find on a normal item. (Which I find kinda hard to believe) However I can't find anything to say what the value on a GS item is. So can anyone crush this rumor for me to help me plan out my GS items.

It's Major Healing Lore, not Superior (all Superior items were retroactively renamed to Major when the 9%/0.50 effect was named Major - and Superior was changed to 12%/0.50)

There's very few Major Healing Lore items in the game, however, so if it's an effect you want, Greensteel is one of the best places to have it.
