I am interested in the Spell Storing Ring. How much was your price range for the ring?

Looking for more than a +2 tome for the ring. Not settled on a price but just looking through previous postings for the ring it appears that the asking price was in larges, an equivalent named item, or significantly more plat than what a +2 tome goes for at the AH.
That being said, I'll offer 150k plat for the +2 STR or +2 INT tome.

150k plat = 214k plat AH price once you take out the 30% AH tax.

On any given day, I can find +2 STR tomes and +2 INT tomes with bids often around 150k plat and buyouts anywhere between 200k to 300k plat at the AH. In fact, as I type this there are two +2 INT tomes with a 200k plat buyout or less. For those sellers, my offer would net them more plat than what they would get from a buyout.

Compare the ready available supply of +2 tomes at the AH versus the relative scarcity of the ring, at least according to how many are posted at the AH at a given time, you should be able to see why I am not willing to trade for a single tome.
