    Default Help buying TPs

    I've recently got back into playing DDO and I really want to purchase some points, the problem is, all avenues are closed to me.

    1. My Australian Paypal account has been rejected numerous times, though it works just fine for other online games.

    2. I can't access account support, tech support, any kind of support because they always ask for a credit card number (or rather, the last 4 digits of one), and I don't have one.

    3. I've been searching for those mythical turbine point cards to redeem, but from all indicators they really are non-existent.

    Can anyone please point me in the right direction? My Australian Paypal account gets rejected because the DDO store requires and "invoice address".....but guess what, Paypal don't have an option for adding invoice addresses. I've emailed them (Paypal) to confirm this.

    I would really like to support this game financially, but it seems that Turbine don't want to make this easy for me.

    Sorry to hear you're having problems. Hopefully this information will help.

    1. We require that PayPal accounts be Verified in order to use with our system. You can find out what PayPal requires for your account to be Verified in your country on the PayPal site.

    2. Support asks for the last 4 of the card for verification if there is one. If there isn't, you can submit the form blank, or enter "0000" and "n/a" for the name. We'll still help you.

    3. Turbine Point Code cards are not currently available for purchase. If/when this changes, we'll certainly announce that.

    Alternatively, we do accept pre-paid credit cards. More information about this can be found here.
