Yknow it seems to me they messed with the drop rate of these cause I don't remember people having so much trouble with them before.

But, that said, ain't like I'm not gonna be running the Shroud another bajillion times so I'll get the 3 I still need eventually.

Oh? There is a drop rate? Been so long since i saw one i didnt think they existed anymore. I used to average about 1 shard, that is power, great power or supreme power about every 20 runs, so thats 1 shard full stop per 20 runs, i never knew there was a drop rate involved

The difference is not in the drop rate, but in the way people run shroud. Remember when shroud 1-4s, or even shroud pt1 farming was more common than completions? Nowadays, you rarely have anyone jump out of a shroud before hitting the last altar, so people are opening less pt 1 chests than they use to.

Combine this with everyone realising how good the clickies are (especially for TRing), and you have a small shard shortage.
