Looking for a nice guild

Hi, I'm a semi-new player looking for a nice guild to hang out with.

-I'm premium F2P with occasional TP buys
-I'm not that much into zerging
-I'm attached to my characters and don't want to permadeath
-Am not shy of RP (but not a fervent)
-Want to unlock veteran status and 32-point build
-Already have a few adventure packs (Catacombs, STK, Tangleroot and Sorrowdusk)
-And waiting for some to go on sale (Deleras, Sands and Vale)
-Use MyDDO every so often
-Am European
-Have unstable playtimes
-Would like a group of people I can rely on
-I understand there are no fixed roles for classes.
-No @ssholes.
-My english is above decent. I can also understand and speak dutch (native), french and german.
-Any server is good.
-I'm helpful for new players.

Ghallanda is the server I've been playing on the most.

I'll probably create a new character to get to 1750 favor and then reroll.

If you have any recommendations about what build, please do tell.

(Note: Currently I'm in 3D class and our server doesn't support DDO. I'll get to it tonight.)
