Default Expoiter w/ bow strgh and multi-shot, is this build possible?

Please excuse my newbness. My first toon is a lvl 11 elf 9/1 ranger rogue. I slashed the rogue because it was ruining my fun not being able to open and disable, turns out to be a popular path. My feats and skills are muddled as I'm green and lack insight only experience affords.

I aim to build a new character. Ranged attacks, rogue skills, the tempest enhancements, and TWF all appeal to me but my question is can I have my cake and eat it too? My current train of thought is to try human 18/1/1 ranger-rogue-monk but am curious as to the feasability of squeazing in bow strength and multi- shot. My ultimate goal is to have fun and I enjoy the ranged aspect, but if it is gimped it loses it's luster for me.

I know you folks are inundated with newb questions like this but I really would appriciate some direction and advice, I have so much time invested already and I've just begun!

Rangers get bow strength free at level 1, TWF, ITWF, GTWF are also all free. Many Shot is free at level 6. An exploiter gets all the ranged feats you could ever need except Improved Critical: Ranged for free...

You just can't get the arcane archer line along with tempest line.

Pure ranged is gimped, a mix of melee and ranged (many shot) is not.

Well, your response was lightning fast and much appriciated. Thats great news, even if I've exposed my ignorance of the game. I guess it's time for me to get rolling. This is going to be a 32- point build. Rogue at lvl 1, ranger at lvl 2. There seems to be some differnce of opinion as to when to splash monk? Was considering favoring strength to Dex maybe 16/14 str-dex and leaving wis, int, and con even.
