i recently downloaded the game and it didnt come with a launcher and i have to reinstall the game everytime i want to play and that takes away half an hour of game time that could be beating the dust out of orcs and little kobolds

You shouldn't have to reinstall it unless you uninstall it. Just make a shortcut to "C:\Program Files\Turbine\DDO Unlimited\dndlauncher.exe" if you are on a 32-bit Operating System, and installed it to the default path ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Turbine\DDO Unlimited\dndlauncher.exe" for 64-bit Operating Systems).
