On GS items I like my earthgrab. Easy to tell when it goes off, gives you some running room, and yourself or a melee can usually kill whatever was grabbed before it has a chance to aggro on you. Plus it come with stoneskin clickies or Earth Eles (I used to like my earth ele army's before they nerfed them). I do have Radiance on my SoS armor though, which seems to proc very often, but not sure what kind of item you could make GS wise that would benefit a cleric.
There is no lag. Just because you had none before and can't play now doesn't mean the server move had anything to do with it.
Radiance guard is very fun for a cleric, for guards that deal damage I suggest crushing wave or corrsive salt, wave procs a lot but deals less damage than salt, Salt is unresistable crushing wave is ice and bludeoning damage. Before she picked up her arrowhead my ranger loved the magma surge guard on her dt armor due to the fact it slows down enemies when it procs even if they are immune to fire, now I need a new tempest guard since it doesnt stack with crippling. :S

Got Corrosive Salt on my Dtouched Outfit, so it's nice that's there. I'm wearing Bracers of the Glacier, so also have Fire Shield: Cold as a mini-guard when it procs.
Hrm- I will have to look into Radiance and Earthgrab. Still willing to take more suggestions and comments and thanks to those who have contributed opinions.

I'm a fan of radiance guard, personally--I've always found the damage guards underwhelming (especially for a cleric). While earthgrab is basically a damage guard that doesn't work on named bosses, radiance has about a 20% proc rate and gives foes a -4 to-hit and 50% miss chance from being blinded, which is very nice. The added damage is nice little bonus, but nothing special at 2.8 damage per time you are hit (for comparison, lightning guard would be 12 damage per time you are hit).
Anyhow, that'd be my preference (this is all assuming you've already got concordant opposition, of course).
