Which ending of Genesis Point drops it?
I don't think it's the Meffits or the Pitfiend, because we have farmed those 2 already...
For those of you that would like to know... Singed belt seems to drop consistently in the Meffit ending and Mechanic belt seems to drop often with the pitfiend.

It can drop from any side. I can personally vouch for obtaining it from the side with Primus Llotiquth and the side with the Portals.

I ended up getting mine against the big devil on the east side, but I've also seen it drop on the south side with the mephits. I have a feeling it will drop on any of the sides though.
