So what happens to your character's favor after a true reincarnation? Does it reset? Do you get favor awards for repeating quests in your new life that you had already completed in a previous life? Do you have to earn the favor tiers for organizations again? Do you get TP for favor earned in your second life the same as if it were a new toon?
