Does anyone know if the ninja spy set (nyoko band and necklace) sneak attack damage stacks with Tharnes goggles damage? Also if the 20% less threat from the Ninja set stacks with the Tharnes set.

After running the Shroud last night, I didn't see much of a difference in damage with the Tharnes goggle and Ninja spy set versus just Tharnes goggles.

It does not stack, meaning that the Assassin and Ninja TOD set bonuses are unattractive. You'll want to get Shintao or Frenzied instead.
