Not as much as it used to be
The dagger is not worth as much as it used to be a couple of mods ago. It still works well with the stunning effect when u con' the mobs down.. auto crits. But with devils and giants resisting that effect, it's not as useful in higher level quests, i.e. amrath, reaver's refuge.

Maybe the gloves to the right person, but definitely not the mask.
