BtA I believe, though the rusted version is tradable so long as it hasn't been equipped (seen them at the broker if I'm not wrong).

Because those items are ML 5 (unlike regular weapons that are even numbers), to search for them on auction is super-fast.

Midnight Greetings are bound to account - however, Filthy Kukuri only binds when equipped (a number should be for sale at the AH). It still has be have a goat, lion, and dragon sigil, but that's the best you can do.

I have them. I was simply being lazy about grinding for them. These things definitely need a second upgrade prior to Epic.
