Light armor beyond +5 Leather

I avoid metal armor on all my toons. My Ranger 10 wears Mummy Wrappings (+4 Fearsome Padded) most of the time, as I find Fearsome effect INCREDIBLY useful, and +5 Leather when fighting undead and other things immune to fear. My question is: what would be next armor for her? I tried to research greensteel light armor, and there does not seem to be any.

So my question is -- where do I find light armor beyond +5, with or without Fearsome effect? And is what I have going to last long enough to make it worthwhile putting Alchemical armor ritual on them?

Short answer - 5 vials of Pure Water I currently have are going onto mummy wrappings! And next 5 vials onto +5 Leather.

First, it's hard to get AC with leather armor. Once you get to Gianthold you're going to have to asses whether to keep going for AC or just go for effects. Most people going for AC split into 2 groups-- Full plate and tower shield or robe and bracers. And if you're not going for AC, it's not really worth doing the ritual.

But in any case, there are 2 things to look at for leather armor. The first is Dragonscale armor which you craft from dragonscales dropped pirmarily in the Gianthold Tor quest. Be prepared for a grind. It might be worth looking at the relic crafted armor as well.

After that the main option is Dragontouched. The actual armor isn't that hard to get, but getting the actual upgrades you want is considered a real PITA.

I don't think that there are any leather armor raid drops and there are no greensteel armors. The descriptions for the things I listed can be found here:

You could also check higher level quests for leather armor drops that I can't remember right now.
