I called Turbine today and spoke with a representative about a message I received while trying to purchase the 19.95 Turbine Points Bundle. It stated,
"The seller of this item requires you to provide a Confirmed Address for delivery. To confirm your address, please add a credit card below.
This transaction amount is greater than your available PayPal balance. To complete purchase, please add a credit or debit card."
The gentleman said he wasn't able to help me with paypal accounts, and that I needed to contact PayPal for issues with non-sufficient funds, which I did and was told that they would verify my account, and make sure that the funds were correct, which they did, and my balance is 23.01 as of May 4th and the only thing I have used paypal for is Turbine Points, once before a few months ago, so I'm not over my spending limit. I thought perhaps there might be a delay in something so I waited until tonight to try purchasing again before moving to a next step. I wondered if anyone else had seen this message before, and how they resolved it. I don't have access to a credit card and have updated all my personal information on my turbine account, and paypal account, I'm at a loss of what to do next.
