slow motion ?

I just reinstalled DDO after not playing it for few months and when i log in, im laging like hell, its not the ussual "jumpy" lag...im getting everything in slow motion (like 30% speed) and every now and then a "jump" (when u lag and ppl change location very fast)...

i doubt its my game options since its the same in very low or ultra high, i used to play ddo without any lags or problems.
im playing a couple of other games and my internet connection is just fine.
