Hey experts and mentors ,
I have a bud that is slowly getting out of my level range and I really can't afford to miss out on xp by not leveling up anymore . I would hate to outrange friends that I work so well with as I am sure all of you can understand .
We mostly start up PUGs when he is online and I was wondering if you knew any quests that are specifically good to grind on at lv11 . Thanks in advance .

I'm presuming you're f2p and have limited packs? Buy Gianthold, there's enough there to keep you entertained for a good few levels. After that (somewhere between 14 and 16) save up enough tp for the vale of twilight.

Absolutely - Gianthold is your friend. Some nice quests and if you follow the typical N(6), H(1), E(1) for each of them you should have enough relics for the raid and xp for quite a few levels!
If you're not FtP then don't forget the DQ and Titan are in your level range too - more raids to get flagged for is more xp as well.
